Your account email and a salted hash of your password (never the password itself). The book data you choose to track: catalog entries, reviews, sales ranks, and, if you connect the extension to KDP, your sales figures. Promo cards you choose to share, frozen as you composed them.
Your Amazon password or session cookies. The browser extension reads report pages inside your own browser and transmits only parsed numbers and text. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use third-party advertising cookies on the dashboard.
Data is stored with our hosting provider (Netlify, with database infrastructure on Neon) in the United States. Backups are retained on the provider's standard schedule.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone, ever. We do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. The only parties that may process your data are the infrastructure providers that operate the service on our behalf (hosting/database, and our payment processor for subscriptions), and only to provide the service. We disclose data only when required by law (for example, a valid legal request). Public share cards display only the content their author selected. Aggregate, non-identifying statistics may be used to improve the service.
We use your account email to operate your account. We will only send you product update notices or marketing email if you opt in to those, and each is a separate choice you can change or turn off at any time. We never share or sell your email address to third parties for their marketing.
Export your data with the built-in report tools at any time. To delete your account and its data, contact support; deletion completes within 30 days, excepting backups that expire on schedule.
